AMERICAS TOYS will not accept unauthorized returns. If you have a problem or need to return an item, please contact us through our email email@example.com. If the box was not opened, the shipping back cost to AMERICAS TOYS facility is in recipient’s responsibility. In addition, we will withhold 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost. If the box was opened, the item was not used, the recipient will be charged 20% restocking fee, and original shipping cost. The return shipping will be recipient’s responsibility. All of the issues with our items have to be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the package, we will cover the shipping cost. If the issue was reported after 48 hours, it is recipient’s responsibility to cover shipping cost to us. An item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving a return label, otherwise shipping costs and fees will apply.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and arrive to AMERICAS TOYS facility within 7 days of receiving the product. The box should not go beyond the original size which is mentioned in a listing. In case of overcharge AMERICAS TOYS will withhold this amount from the refund. Items will be inspected within 48 hours prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Return will not be accepted if an item is shipped back to us not in the original box.
Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged, or the buyer has initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
In case when a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will ask you to send us pictures of the item’s condition via email in order to analyze the situation.
